NEW PATH FAMILY

NEW PATH LEARNING CENTER

Plain-language programs about neurodivergent minds, bodies, and relationships — written by clinicians, shaped by lived experience.

Always free. No sign-up. Start anywhere.

OR SEARCH THE LEARNING CENTER

Try “meltdowns”, “can’t start tasks”, “my partner doesn’t get it” — the search reads topics, not just titles.

Five programs, one Learning Center

Each program is a complete, self-paced guide — lessons, videos, screeners, and workbooks. Start with whichever one fits your life. Take what helps. Skip what doesn’t.

PROGRAM 01 The Neurodivergent Brain How neurodivergent brains and nervous systems actually work — sensory processing, executive function, meltdowns, burnout, and relationships. 23 modules. Start the program →

PROGRAM 02 The Neurodiverse Couple For couples where one or both partners are neurodivergent — communication, repair, intimacy, and the patterns that finally make sense once you name them. 24 modules. Start the program →

PROGRAM 03 The Autistic Woman For autistic women — masking, burnout, hormones, sensory life, relationships, identity, and being believed. 22 modules. Start the program →

PROGRAM 04 Parenting Autism For parents of autistic and ADHD kids — and parents who are wired the same way. Understand your child’s brain, survive the hard moments, and take care of yourself, too. 22 modules. Start the program →

PROGRAM 05 The Adult ADHD Course For adults with ADHD — diagnosed, newly identified, or still wondering. How your brain actually works, the hard parts of daily life, relationships and work, and building a life that fits you. 16 modules. Start the program →

We heal. We teach. We care — person to person.
